This website is operated by 10K Project. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to 10K Project. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 2 - THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT (DROPSHIPPING)

You acknowledge that 10K Project operates as a retail platform. Our products are fulfilled and shipped directly from third-party suppliers (including, but not limited to, CJ Dropshipping). By placing an order, you agree that your shipping information will be shared with these third-party partners solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipping Times: Because we ship directly from global suppliers, delivery times may vary. Estimated shipping windows are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred upon arrival in the destination country.

  • Tracking: While we provide tracking numbers, 10K Project is not liable for delays caused by carrier issues, customs clearance, or incorrect address entry by the customer.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF PRODUCT INFORMATION

We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content provided by our suppliers are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. Slight variations in color or packaging may occur.

SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information. Because we utilize third-party fulfillment, returns must be authorized by 10K Project before being sent back. We do not accept returns sent directly back to the manufacturer/warehouse without prior approval.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10K Project shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 10K Project operates.
