Thank you for shopping at 10K Project. We aim to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 7–15 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated 5–10 business days (if available).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or global logistics issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

4. Multiple Packages

To provide you with the best variety, we source products from various global warehouses. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

10K Project is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.

7. Lost/Stolen Packages

10K Project is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
