Refund policy

At 10K Project, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, because we ship directly from global suppliers to keep our prices low, we have specific procedures for returns and refunds.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Damages and Issues (The "Quality Guarantee")

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.

  • Required Evidence: To process a refund for damaged goods, we require clear photos and/or a short video showing the defect. This allows us to resolve the issue with our supplier.

  • Once verified, we will either send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customer Choice: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind (and the item is not defective), you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Address: Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the package (the warehouse). You must contact us at 10kprojects.roxy@gmail.com for the correct return address.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (beauty products, intimate apparel)

  • Sale items or gift cards

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
